Service area
Licensed home review, live guidance, and caregiver training are currently available for Wisconsin homes. Setup bundles without licensed review may be available in other U.S. states after fit and availability are confirmed.

Lantern Years safety setups are designed to help reduce common home hazards and support safer daily routines. They do not guarantee fall prevention and are not a substitute for emergency care, medical diagnosis, or in-person treatment when needed. If someone has fallen and may be injured, call emergency services or contact a medical professional.
Checks before fulfillment
- The person, room, measurements, and equipment compatibility are checked before equipment is sent or live guidance begins.
- A gait belt or hands-on transfer technique is introduced only during live guidance after the person’s ability to participate and the caregiver’s ability to assist are reviewed.
- Caregivers are not instructed to lift a person from the floor or complete a transfer that requires more help than they can safely provide.
Shipping and returns
Fit and availability are confirmed before equipment is sent. Most in-stock setup bundles leave within 3-5 business days after the needed measurements and room details are complete. If an item is delayed or a different model would fit better, you will hear from us before anything ships.
Unopened standard equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery after contacting Lantern Years. Opened hygiene items and equipment that has been used or installed cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective. Home review and training fees remain refundable until that work begins.
