Lantern Years
Terms
Service scope
Lantern Years provides private-pay home planning content for families. Plans may include home setup priorities, routine guidance, caregiver notes, contractor-ready questions, family tasks, and next steps based on information the family provides.
Private pay
Lantern Years is private pay at launch and does not submit insurance claims, CPT codes, ICD codes, superbills, or Medicare billing paperwork.
Remote review limits
When licensed occupational therapist review is part of a plan, remote review is used only when the available home details and photos can reasonably support that level of review. Some situations require in-person occupational therapy, physical therapy, medical, contractor, or emergency support instead.
Customer-provided information
Plans are based on answers, photos, and context provided by the customer and invited family participants. Missing, unclear, outdated, or inaccurate information may limit the usefulness of the plan.
No guarantees
Lantern Years provides home priorities and practical next steps. It does not guarantee that a home is safe, fall-proof, or free of risk.
Not medical or emergency care
Lantern Years is not an emergency service and does not replace urgent medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or an in-person clinical evaluation. If someone is in immediate danger or may be injured, call emergency services or a medical professional.
Photos and dashboard access
Customers are responsible for sharing photos and information they are authorized to provide. Family access, plan sharing, and task coordination should be limited to people the customer trusts to participate in the home plan.
Changes and contact
Lantern Years may update product features, pricing, plan names, and these terms as the service develops. Questions can be sent to hello@lanternyears.com.
