Licensed home review, live guidance, and caregiver training are currently available for Wisconsin homes. Setup bundles without licensed review may be available in other U.S. states after fit and availability are confirmed.

They do not guarantee fall prevention and are not a substitute for emergency care, medical diagnosis, or in-person treatment when needed. Checks before fulfillment
- The person, room, measurements, and equipment compatibility are checked before equipment is sent or live guidance begins.
- One-handed routines and transfer guidance are matched to current strength, sensation, attention, vision, and the rehabilitation plan.
Shipping and returns
Fit and availability are confirmed before equipment is sent. Most in-stock setup bundles leave within 3-5 business days after the needed measurements and room details are complete. If an item is delayed or a different model would fit better, you will hear from us before anything ships.
Unopened standard equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery after contacting Lantern Years. Opened hygiene items and equipment that has been used or installed cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective. Home review and training fees remain refundable until that work begins.
